Our gym was designed to bring you a community that supports you towards your goals and to provide you with the best workout experience. From weights to cardio to small group workouts, we have the facilities to suit your personal fitness goals.

You also have access to our fully-equipped kitchen for meals or drink prep, with supplements & coffee machine.

We have four amazing personal trainers that work out of our gym for all your personal training needs.
Each trainer specialises in different areas and are available on different days. Some trainers also offer small group sessions.

My Name is Dimitri Morogiannis,I am a Personal Trainer and Remedial/Sports massage therapist from Canberra.I have helped several individuals, professional sports teams and athletes over the last few years. I have worked with NRL, Rugby Union, Tennis and soccer athletes during this time.I also look after general population individuals who want to better themselves physically and mentally and teaching them the fundamentals of what it takes to improve in their fitness journey.
